It is a department of learning Tamil language. This Tamil department has a role to teach part–I Tamil for all the UG students in this college.
Department of Tamil is delivering the lectures to the students and the students are able to perceive the depth knowledge of the language, literature & culture.
This department conducting various culture programmes to the students for improving their creativity and also it is enhancing & improving the students to participate in the literary & cultural programmes which are to be held on various colleges and Universities. All the faculty members of the department are efficiently and enthusiastically working in this institution to promote and guide the students to achieve their goal.
