Secretary of Vysya College. I assumed office on 21.11.1990 and involved myself in developing the college at a quicker pace in coordination with the vice chairman of the college Thiru G.Prabakaran. Initially the college was started with only 70 students with five UG courses. In a short span of time, many new courses were introduced and the strength increased significantly. In 1994 the MCA course was started in Vysya College. In the year 1998, after obtaining due concurrence from the AICTE, I started M.B.A. and M.C.A. programmes in the name of Vysya Institute of Management Studies (VIMS) in the newly constructed Narasus Vasantha Sarathy block. At present, Vysya College offers ten UG Courses and nine PG courses with 2500 students on roll.
Efforts are afoot to start a College of Education in the name of ‘Vysya College Of Education’ in the academic year 2007-’08.
