Our prime aim is to impart global standard education using global standard methodology and technology.
A Managing committee of 35 members was formed out of the total number of life members of the Vasavi Vidya Trust to manage the affairs of the college. Thiru. J.Rajendra Prasad was elected unanimously as the Correspondent cum Secretary of Vysya College. He assumed office on 21.11.1990 and involved |
himself in developing the college at a quicker pace. Initially the college was started with only 70 students with five UG courses. In a short span of time, many new courses were introduced and the strength increased significantly. In 1994 the MCA course was started in Vysya College. In the year 1998, after obtaining due concurrence from the AICTE, M.B.A. and M.C.A. programmes were started in the name of Vysya Institute of Management Studies (VIMS) in the newly constructed Narasus Vasantha Sarathy block. At present, Vysya College offers ten UG Courses and nine PG courses with 2500 students on roll.
We started a College of Education in the name of 'Vysya College of Education' in the academic year 2007-2008. We started 'Vasvi Vidya trust group of institutions' (Faculty of MBA & MCA affiliated to Anna University, Coimbatore in the academic year 2009-2010.
